Making A Purchase
Unless stated elsewhere, handtrucks are sent in kit form to save ship costs. If you want your handtruck sent complete, you should call to order, as shipping costs more than double.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Crypto Currency, Wire Transfers for payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal & Crypto Currencies. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail, or over the Internet.
When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Most products are shipped the same day. Some products are shipped direct from the manufacturer, If so, shipped within 7 days. All products are shipped brand new, and insured. If you receive damaged merchandise, you must notify the shipping agent as soon as possible (UPS, FEDEX), or do not accept shipment. Please notify us as well so we can get the process started and get a replacement product to you as soon as possible.

Return & Refund Policy
We will not accept damaged or used goods, or accept a package that has not been pre-approved by our staff. Must be returned as sent, in new condition. Call 800-693-3353 or email asteeleco33@gmail.com to return and to receive a Return Item Number (RMA). A RESTOCKING FEE OF 25% MAY BE CHARGED ON RETURNS. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, SHIPMENTS RETURNED OR REFUSED INCUR SHIPPING CHARGES. If received by free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred when shipping the items will be deducted from your refund. The same goes for flat rate shipping orders. . Refund of Wired transfer fee’s will not be issued. Bank Processing Fees; We understand sometimes ordered items are not what you thought or needed. However, unfortunately, payment processors have instituted a policy where we no longer get our payment processing fees back as a result of a canceled or returned order. Due to this change, we will not be returning 3% of your order total.
Delivery Schedule
All Magliner Products are shipped within 7 days. International orders are generally received in under 15 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in-state orders. Our business is operated from Wisconsin. All other orders are tax-free, unless you ordered a Magliner Product. Because there are several locations, nationwide, some orders will have Sales Tax Added.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase for credit less shipping charges and 3% of total order if purchased with debit or credit card. All Products are guaranteed from the manufacturer. Must be returned as sent, new, un-used, with shipping packing intact.
